40ft New
New Build or One Trip 40ft shipping containers have been used once to transport cargo into Australia. They generally arrive in near-new condition, althought scratches and scuff handling marks from transit are typically normal.
Each 40ft new build container includes a factory fitted lock box and provides a clean, secure option for long term storage, commercial use or modification projects where presentation is important. Standard height and High Cube options may be available depending on current stock.
40ft Used
Used 40ft shipping containers are generally released by shipping lines after approximately 10 to 15+ years of service. They will usually show signs of use, including surface rust, dents, scratches, repairs and patches. This is normal for a used container and does not necessarily affect its suitability for secure storage.
All used containers are inspected by our marine surveyors and sold wind, watertight and vermin proof. We generally stock a range of conditions, from budget through to higher A grade containers, with the pricing varying according to age, condition and availability.
40ft Refurbished – Interior and/or Exterior
Our refurbished 40ft shipping containers begin as used containers and are prepared in our Melbourne workshop. An interior refurbishment includes repainting the interior and sanding the timber floor.
Exterior painting can also be arranged at additional cost. The container is lightly sanded and prepared before being repainted in your chosen colour. Company logos and custom artwork can also be arranged.
40ft High Cube (HC)
A 40ft High Cube shipping container is approximately 300mm taller than a standard-height container, providing additional internal storage capacity and headroom. With an external height of approximately 2.89m (9ft 6in), it is well suited to bulky storage, palletised goods and container modification projects.
40ft High Cube containers are available in used, refurbished and new-build condition, subject to current stock availability.
